About the Role: This position requires a technical expert to maintain all injection moulding machines, encompassing mechanical, electrical, PLC, and robotics systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing maintenance activities to support the high-volume production of a wide range of plastic products, including storage
containers, heavy-duty buckets, and outdoor furniture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planned and Emergency Maintenance: Execute both scheduled upkeep and urgent repairs on mechanical, electrical, and PLC/robotic systems for all production machinery.
• Breakdown Management: Provide rapid response and troubleshooting for machine failures to ensure the consistent manufacturing of plastic crates, bins, and houseware items.
• Daily Machine Inspections: Perform routine daily checks on injection mould machines to verify operational efficiency and maintain the high quality expected for wholesale plastic products.
• Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent downtime and ensure the longevity of heavy-duty industrial equipment.

Requirements:

• Red seal Millwright
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Strong technical proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and PLC systems.
• In-depth Safety and Quality knowledge is considered a significant advantage.
• Previous experience working with Injection Mould machines is preferred.

Job Title: Tool and Die maker

About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive repair and maintenance of injection moulds, supporting a manufacturer renowned for producing high-quality plastic products. These products range from domestic houseware and furniture to heavy-duty industrial crates and containers.

Key Responsibilities

• Mould Repairs: Perform essential repairs to injection moulds to ensure continuous production.
• Mould Maintenance: Conduct regular and preventative maintenance to keep moulds in peak condition.
• Breakdown Management: Respond to and resolve technical breakdowns related to mould issues.
• Fault Finding: Diagnose and troubleshoot specific faults or defects within the moulds.
• Precision and Lathe Work: Execute precision repairs and changes on moulds, including periodic lathe work.

Requirements

• Red seal toolmaker
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Prior knowledge of injection moulds is considered a distinct advantage.
