• Safe Work Execution: Apply Permit-to-Work (PTW), Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), confined-space, and chlorine-gas protocols; lead toolbox talks. A zero-harm culture is essential, especially when dealing with high-voltage MCCs, chemicals (like chlorine dioxide and acids), and confined-space clarifiers.
