Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Documentation: Maintain written reports for clients and record keeping regarding repairs and returns.
• Warranty Administration: Prepare, submit, and maintain necessary records for warranty claims.
• Technical Support: Provide support to customers both telephonically and on-site.
• Internal Sales Aid: Offer technical assistance to the internal sales team.
• Quality Control: Ensure that the organization’s ISO requirements are maintained.
• Equipment Deployment: Conduct the commissioning of new equipment.
• Diagnostic Evaluation: Perform problem evaluation on specific applications where equipment is being used.
• Emergency Service: Respond promptly and attend to equipment breakdowns.
• Travel and Mobility: Maintain the ability to travel away from home, work after hours, and provide cross-border support.
• Inventory Support: Assist with controlling spare stock and managing warehousing duties.
• Quotation Preparation: Support customers by assisting with quotation creation when required.
• Management Support: Complete ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• Must be a Qualified Electrician
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Control Systems.
• Experience with Control Systems Electronics and/or Pneumatics.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.
