About the Role

The company is seeking newly qualified mechanics who are hands-on and technically proficient to support the maintenance, refurbishment, and repair of a wide range of earthmoving machinery. The role requires working under deadline pressure in both the workshop yard and in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance and Refurbishment: Service, strip, and repair various earthmoving machinery and components to ensure they meet operational standards.
• Technical Diagnostics: Perform comprehensive fault-finding and diagnostics on diesel-powered heavy machinery.
• Field Service Operations: Conduct on-site repairs and maintenance for equipment operating in the field as required.
• Yard Work: Maintain and repair refurbished machinery and specific components located within the yard.
• Quality and Safety Compliance: Ensure all technical work is completed in strict accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Operational Flexibility: Work overtime and extended hours when necessary to meet urgent deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Qualified or newly qualified Diesel Mechanic (Earthmoving Equipment).
• Proven experience working with heavy machinery and trusted industry brands.
• Strong technical skills in fault-finding and repair.
• Willingness to perform duties in both yard and field environments.

• Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 17:00.
• Overtime is required during urgent deadlines.
