  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects from the initial concept through to completion, overseeing both greenfield and brownfield developments.
  • Operational Technical Support: Assist plant operations by providing troubleshooting expertise, problem-solving, and ongoing technical advice to maintain efficiency.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive reports and documentation regarding system performance, audit results, and site inspections.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineering staff and diverse teams to ensure all project objectives and safety standards are met.
  • Autonomous Work Management: Operate as a self-managed professional, capable of working unsupervised while handling various competing priorities.

Requirements

  • Extensive expertise in instrumentation and PLC hardware fault finding.
  • Proven track record in managing project solutions, such as plant equipment modernisation.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing brownfield and greenfield projects.
  • Willingness to travel to various sites as required by the role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A firm commitment to safety protocols and continuous operational improvement.
