This role is vital for maintaining the overall functionality of the chicken houses and related essential equipment, contributing to an operation committed to energy efficiency, waste reduction, and environmental preservation.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure and Facilities Maintenance: Perform ongoing repair and maintenance of chicken houses.
• Electrical System Support: Conduct electrical fault-finding and replace necessary motors.
• Equipment Functionality: Carry out repairs on equipment both inside and outside of the chicken houses.
• General Mechanical Repairs: Execute standard mechanical repair tasks.
• Specialized Fabrication: Complete minor welding tasks as needed.
• Preventative Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is functioning optimally to consistently support poultry operations.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Qualified  Millwright certification.

• Electrical and mechanical knowledge is required.
• Ability to perform minor welding tasks.
• Must hold a valid Code 8 driver’s licence.
• Computer literacy is necessary.
• Good communication skills are essential, including verbal, WhatsApp, and email.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and work without supervision.
