Key Responsibilities

  • Electrical Installations: Perform and oversee electrical work across residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage on-site interactions professionally to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Standards Oversight: Maintain high-quality workmanship, ensuring all installations meet relevant standards and company expectations.
  • Team Leadership and Training: Lead, train, and support installation teams to ensure efficient and accurate project execution.
  • Tool and Equipment Procurement: Ensure all required tools are available and maintained in good working condition.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Provide accurate daily and weekly reports on job progress and site conditions to management.
  • Safety and Compliance: Prioritize on-site safety and ensure all teams strictly follow health and safety requirements.

Requirements

  • Qualified Electrician
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Proven experience in electrical installations and site work.
  • Strong leadership and team-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and professional customer-service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, including solar, CCTV, and automation.
  • Punctual, reliable, and possessing a high attention to detail.
  • Be able to travel as this role is primarily field base
