About the Role

The company is a dynamic, forward-looking technology leader in the refill drinking water sector, operating a nationwide network of approximately 50 refill stations. These stations are used as a living laboratoryto develop, test, and refine innovative products that deliver healthy, high-quality, and sustainable drinking water.

The company is seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong interest in mechatronics and electro-mechanics. This hands-on role is suited to a technician who thrives in a demanding technical environment and is seeking a clear growth path toward middle management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on Technical Execution: Use various hand tools, power tools, electrical equipment, and general workshop machinery for technical tasks.
  • Prototyping and 3D Printing: Conduct laboratory experimentation and utilize 3D printing to build and refine product prototypes.
  • Field and Lab Testing: Execute rigorous lab, workshop, and field trials to test new technologies and equipment.
  • Site Installations and Service: Conduct site visits for equipment installations, upgrades, and providing technical customer support.
  • Research and Development Support: Assist with R&D initiatives and perform AI- or internet-based research on various technical and business topics.
  • Supplier Coordination: Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers regarding technical queries, sourcing, and quotations.
  • Documentation and Training: Assist in the development of technical procedures, documentation, and training activities.

 

Candidate Requirements

  • a relevant technical diploma in Millwright, mechatronics, mechanical, or electro-mechanical engineering. University education is not required.
  • Strong alignment with electronics and technology-driven problem-solving.
  • A proven track record of self-driven upskilling in automation, electronics, or IT through personal projects or independent study.
  • Relevant workshop experience and a valid drivers license are considered advantageous.
