Stefanutti Stocks, a leading engineering and construction group, is offering newly qualified Electricians and Millwrights the opportunity to build a long-term career within the rapidly growing renewable energy sector.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience on large-scale solar, wind, and battery storage projects across South Africa.

Successful candidates will work on real infrastructure projects, gaining exposure to site-based environments while developing critical technical skills alongside experienced teams. This role provides a strong foundation for long-term career growth within a future-focused industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and battery storage systems
  • Perform site-based electrical and mechanical work on project locations
  • Assist with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and operational requirements

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Newly qualified Electrician or Millwright
  • Strong interest in the renewable energy sector
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Own reliable transport
  • Medically fit for site work
  • Willingness to travel and work on various project sites
  • Ability to pass security clearance

Advantageous:

  • Exposure to solar, wind, or construction/site-based work

Additional Information:

  • Rotation schedule: 4 weeks on-site, followed by 5 days off
  • Project-based environment (nationwide travel required)
