About the Opportunity:
Stefanutti Stocks, a leading engineering and construction group, is offering newly qualified Electricians and Millwrights the opportunity to build a long-term career within the rapidly growing renewable energy sector.
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience on large-scale solar, wind, and battery storage projects across South Africa.
Successful candidates will work on real infrastructure projects, gaining exposure to site-based environments while developing critical technical skills alongside experienced teams. This role provides a strong foundation for long-term career growth within a future-focused industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and battery storage systems
- Perform site-based electrical and mechanical work on project locations
- Assist with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and operational requirements
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Newly qualified Electrician or Millwright
- Strong interest in the renewable energy sector
- Valid driver’s license
- Own reliable transport
- Medically fit for site work
- Willingness to travel and work on various project sites
- Ability to pass security clearance
Advantageous:
- Exposure to solar, wind, or construction/site-based work
Additional Information:
- Rotation schedule: 4 weeks on-site, followed by 5 days off
- Project-based environment (nationwide travel required)
