About the Role

Join a specialized team in Richards Bay focused on the importation, sale, and maintenance of premium American vehicles, including high-performance pick-up trucks. This role involves working in a dedicated local workshop that builds right-hand drive trucks for the South African market and provides expert servicing and modifications. As a key member of the technical team, you will be responsible for ensuring these specialized vehicles are maintained to world-class standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Diagnostics and Technical Repair: Apply specialist knowledge of FCA and Toyota systems to perform high-level mechanical repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicle models.
• Auto-Electrical Maintenance: Utilize advanced auto-electrical knowledge to diagnose faults and maintain complex electrical systems.
• Workshop and On-Site Servicing: Conduct comprehensive vehicle servicing both within the Richards Bay workshop and on location as part of a mobile service team.
• Performance Upgrades and Modifications: Assist with vehicle enhancements, including the installation of aftermarket upgrades and client-specific parts sourced globally.

Requirements:

• Red Seal Diesel Mechanic
• Valid Driver’s License Code 10 preferred.
• Specialized Technical Knowledge Proven experience or knowledge of FCA and Toyota systems.
• Industry Experience Background in high-end vehicle maintenance is an advantage.
