About the Role

A qualified and experienced Electrician is needed to join the maintenance team. In this role, you will maintain and repair electrical systems, plant equipment, and refrigeration units across the facility to keep operations running safely and smoothly while minimising downtime. You will also assist with general building and plant maintenance, which includes occasional weekend standby for emergency breakdowns and preventative care.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical Systems Maintenance: Maintain and repair facility electrical systems to ensure safe and continuous operational standards.
• Plant Equipment Care: Inspect and repair plant equipment to prevent operational delays and minimise downtime.
• Refrigeration Servicing: Perform maintenance and repairs on refrigeration units across the facility.
• General Facility Support: Support the wider building and plant maintenance functions as needed.
• Standby & Breakdown Response: Carry out occasional weekend standby duties for preventative maintenance and urgent repairs.

Requirements

• Red Seal Electrician
• 2+ years experience
• Ability to operate power and hand tools used in building maintenance and repair specialties
