About the Role
The successful candidate will join a specialised team focused on high-quality concrete equipment, including brick, block, and paver-making machinery. The role offers exposure to a broad range of disciplines, focused on workshop manufacturing duties, including involvement in special projects when required, as well as equipment installation.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing and workshop duties on concrete equipment
- Conduct on-site installation of machinery and equipment
- Read, interpret, and analyse mechanical drawings and technical specifications
- Deliver exceptional customer service during installation phases
- Travel locally and internationally for equipment installations (few days to several weeks)
- Maintain strict adherence to company and customer site safety protocols
Requirements
- Qualified Millwright or Fitter and Turner
- 2-4 years minimum experience in relevant field
- Ability to handle multiple engineering disciplines
- Must own professional tools and be a non-smoker
- Valid driver's license own vehicle
- Willingness to travel extensively with good family support system
- Strong people skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passport for international travel preferred
