About the Role

The successful candidate will join a specialised team focused on high-quality concrete equipment, including brick, block, and paver-making machinery. The role offers exposure to a broad range of disciplines, focused on workshop manufacturing duties, including involvement in special projects when required, as well as equipment installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing and workshop duties on concrete equipment
•  Conduct on-site installation of machinery and equipment
•  Read, interpret, and analyse mechanical drawings and technical specifications
•  Deliver exceptional customer service during installation phases
•  Travel locally and internationally for equipment installations (few days to several weeks)
•  Maintain strict adherence to company and customer site safety protocols

Requirements

• Qualified Millwright or Fitter and Turner
• 2-4 years minimum experience in relevant field
• Ability to handle multiple engineering disciplines
• Must own professional tools and be a non-smoker
• Valid driver's license own vehicle
• Willingness to travel extensively with good family support system
• Strong people skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passport for international travel preferred
