About the Role:

Join a leading manufacturer in the agricultural sector situated in the heart of citrus country. This role is central to the production of parts for cartoning machines and agricultural equipment, as well as providing basic engineering services. You will work within a highly skilled team in a state-of-the-art facility known for technical expertise and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Precision Turning: Execute professional turning tasks with proficiency, utilizing both conventional and CNC lathes.
• Machine Preparation: Responsible for the technical prepping and strategic planning of CNC machines for upcoming production runs.
• Material Resource Planning: Plan and organize all materials required for specific job requirements to ensure manufacturing efficiency.
• Workstation Management: Ensure a safe and productive environment by keeping the workstation clean and neat at all times.
• Production Optimization: Increase output by demonstrating the willingness to operate two or more machines simultaneously whenever possible.

Requirements:

• Must be a qualified Fitter and Turner or Turner.
• Extensive experience with lathe conventional and CNC systems is essential.
• Possession of working knowledge regarding CNC Mills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• availability every second Saturday.
