About the Role:
This position is with a leading machinery manufacturer specializing in innovative open carton solutions and agricultural equipment. Based in the heart of the citrus growing region, the role involves the in-house manufacturing of parts for high-capacity cartoning machines and providing basic engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Component Alignment and Assembly: Accurately aligning and assembling various machinery parts to prepare them for the welding process.
• Specialized Welding and Cutting: Performing TIG and laser welding/cutting on a variety of materials, including stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel.
• Material Resource Planning: Planning and organizing the specific materials required to meet the needs of different job assignments.
• Workspace Management: Ensuring the workstation remains clean, neat, and organized at all times to maintain safety and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Red seal welder.
• A valid driver’s license and ownership of a personal vehicle are required.
• availability for every second Saturday.
