About the Role:

This role involves the precision manufacturing of parts for cartoning machines and specialized agriculture equipment. Working for a leader in the agricultural sector, the successful candidate will provide essential engineering services to support high-speed carton erecting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Precision Turning: Execute high-quality turning operations to produce essential machine components.
• CNC Preparation and Planning: Prepare and plan for CNC machine operations to ensure production schedules are met efficiently.
• Material Strategy: Identify and plan for the specific materials required to meet various job and engineering requirements.
• Workstation Management: Maintain a clean, neat, and organized workspace at all times to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Concurrent Machine Operation: Operate two or more machines simultaneously where possible to optimize manufacturing output.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Red seal Toolmaker
• Valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle.
• Must be highly proficient in both conventional and CNC lathe operations.
• Must have technical knowledge regarding CNC Mills.

Additional Information (Optional):

• Candidates will be required to work every second Saturday.
